Biscuits w conch

2 cups of unbleached white flour

1/2 cup of water

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of paprika

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tbs. olive oil

6 conch fillets

1 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup of corn meal

prepare the fillets by salting and peppering then roll them in corn meal.

fry the fillets slowly in a deep fryer and set them aside.

mix all of the ingredients in a bowl then when the dough feels elastic roll it

into a ball take it and roll it in the olive oil and put it into plastic into the refridgerator.

Take the cold biscuit dough out of the refridgerator and roll out the dough cut out rounds with a cup or glass and lay on a greased sheet pan cook in a 275 degree oven for 30 minutes until fluffy in the middle.

add you conch as the biscuits come out of the oven.

Sauce

1 cup of ketchup

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/4 cup of relish

add 1 tsp. of hot pepper juice

1 splash of red hot sauce

Add sauce as needed to the conch and enjoy!
