mama's chopped bbq

5lb pork roast

1 bot. of white vinegar

1/4 tbsp. red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. diamond crystal salt

1/4 stp.ground black npepper

1/4 cup of hot sauce

1 /4 cup of tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp of honey

1/2 tsp. of mustard

take pork roast wash and take off the excess fat. Put it in a roasting pan with salt, pepper red pepper flakes and white wine vinegar. Cook on 285 for 2 hours Covered with aluminum foil. Take out of the oven and use forks to shred the meat. M.ake the bbq sauce.Mix together ketchup, mustard, honey and hot sauce. save for after the roast is done. Put the roast abck into a 485 degree oven re season the meat . Let cook for 15-30 minutes until crispy on the edges.

Use bbq sauce as needed for sandwiches or eat it plain.
