2lb crabs
1/2 tsp. Old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp thyme
Bring a large pot of 4-6 cups of water to a boil. Add the crabs to the water for 6 minutes. Until the spring open. Add beer to what's left of
the pot of water. Continue to boil covered for 4 minutes. Until beer infused into the crab. Melt some unsalted butter add add thyme and parsley , old bay seasoning and cracked black pepper. Serve on the
side.
