1 lb. thick cut bacon
1 jar whole pitted olives
1/2 lb. of dates
1/ 2 c of maple syrup
2 tbs. cinnamon
1 tbs. clove
1 tbs. nutmeg
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt and ground black pepper
fry the red and yellow peppers in olive oil. along with the garlic. set aside. take the thick sliced bacon and brush with maple syrup. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and clove to the bacon slices. take washed and sliced open in the middle dates and olives and set aside. Put the peppers and garlic in a bowl along with the cream cheese and salt and pepper. Mix on high until smooth you can add a few tablespoons of water. When mixed spoon the mixture
into the olives and dates. then wrap them with the bacon slices. put into a 400.00 degree oven and cook until bacon crisps. Serve warm
