Fresh fish is a great addition to any family meal. during winter or fall summer or spring having fish is a staple for any time of the year.
4 cod
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 c olive oil
4 basil leaves crushed
Add olive oil to hot pan, clean your cod thoroughly. Add sea salt and ground black pepper. Put the cod into hot pan and blacken first side then turn the other side. When cod are cooked add basil to the pan for wilting. Enjoy with your favorite rice or fresh salad.
