Roasted lemon and garlic chicken


1 Oven Stuffer Roaster


4 lemons sliced into rounds


2/4 cup margarine or butter

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. ground black pepper

1 tbsp sea salt

1/2 c of water



Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, Take your cleaned oven stuffer roaster add olive oil all over the bird.

Salt and pepper . Add margarine to the inside of the bird. Take your lemon and garlic put them around

your oven stuffer roaster. add water cover bird with aluminum foil cook for 45 min. covered. Take the foil off

raise the heat to 450 degrees and let the bird brown until cooked through.

Take out of the oven slice and serve warm with slices of lemon and 1/2 clove garlic per piece.
