4 Plaintain
1 lb mozzarella cut into quarters
1 egg
1/2 c of flour
4 hazelnuts crushed
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cumin
1/4 c of peanut or vegetable oil
Open your plantain and cut them into 1/4 inch rounds. Rinse then put your spices onto a dish and roll your plantain in the spices. Take your plantain and fry them in the peanut oil until tender. Let cool then take a potato smasher and smash your plantains until flat. Take your smashed plantains and put the mozzarella cheese in between two rounds roll them in egg then flour then hazelnuts and fry until crispy and golden brown set on a paper towel to dry and enjoy!
